44 Consult are appointed to provide EA and QS services on this exciting hotel extension and remodelling project in Preston, Lancashire. 

The scheme has Planning Approval and is designed by Liverpool-based architects Constructive Thinking Studio, who are experts in their field. 

The new development demolishes existing buildings to allow for a new build wing housing 50+ new rooms. The extension to the existing hotel will be served by an impressive new foyer and reception with glazed link.

​The hotel will also benefit from internal reconfiguration, refurbishment and upgrades. The whole site will feature new landscaping and facilities
