Joint Venture / Cardhu Developments and The Emerson Group £3m PM / QS Services 44 Consult delivered Project Management and Quantity Surveying services at Albany Park Rd, Kingston-upon-Thames. We worked closely with renowned property developer and investor the Emerson Group (Jones Homes, Orbit Developments etc). The scheme demolished a single property to create a stunning development of four-storey high specification 5-bedroom mansions featuring lower ground floor basements, high specification bathrooms and kitchens, cutting edge audio-visual and remote technology throughout. The project was managed by Director Nick Dean, completed on programme, within budget and to the complete satisfaction of our Client, who we continue to work with on a further 3nr. developments. |
