We completely renovated this dated 54-room hotel to provide 35 new 5* serviced apartments, swimming pool, gymnasium, spa, cafe and reception facilities. 

The hotel sits in the St.Annes-on-Sea Conservation Area overlooking the Ashton Gardens Park and returns the building to its former Victorian splendour
