44 Consult were appointed as EA and QS on this hotel extension and remodelling project in Preston, Lancashire. 

The project delivered a new timber framed, copper clad extension, providing 48nr. new 4 star suites with impressive internal fixtures and finishes. The extension is served by an impressive new foyer and reception with glazed palazzo building, terraces, patios and landscaping.  44 Consult also project managed the upgrade of the power supply to the site, developing a new sub-station and connections for the new building to the network
