44 Consult provided Contract Administration and Quantity Surveying services to deliver this vital upgrade to existing changing and club room facilities at Cottam Hall Playing Fields. 

The existing building was in a poor state of repair and barely functional. The Council received funding to upgrade the facility with extremely tight expenditure deadlines. 44 Consult were appointed to manage the preparation of tender documents and carry out procurement of a main contractor. We then managed the scheme to Practical Completion, ensuring funding paramenters were met, alongside a quality refurbishment and budget constraints. 

The new development extended the existing building to allow for a new 'Club Room' space opening out onto the pitches with viewing terraces, new wheelchair access and modern club, referee and guest shower and changing rooms. A new plant room with upgraded air conditioned rooms, underfloor heating to the changing rooms, and CCTV security linked back to the Wyre Council central security at Town Hall.
