Employer's Agent £0.5m 44 Consult were Employer's Agents on this small housing project in Preston for Community Gateway Association. The scheme features two-bed family homes with electric vehicle charging points and an off-street parking areas. The properties here were run down, disused, and blighting the neighbourhood. CGA purchased and demolished these properties to build family homes. We prepared JCT Contracts and administered the scheme, which finished 2 months early as well as entirely on budget.
