This private residential project completely gutted and rebuilt a dilapidated mansion property on Davenport Park Road, a leafy private avenue in Stockport

The project included a full footprint basement excavation and extension including underpinning the building. A full new internal rebuild and renovation created a number of beautiful apartments while maintaning many of the original features including the detailed stained glass bird and flower motif panels

The first Contractor went into liquidation during the basement works and we guided the team through this difficult process, to procure a new dedicated local contractor. We managed the works to budget constraints and quality requirements for our high end residential developer Client
