We are appointed by our multi-national manufacturing client to provide a full set of cost management and contract administration services on this exciting renewal project

The scheme will demolish a number of dated heavy plant, factory, warehousing and storage facilities on a live manufacturing plant in Lancashire.

The new scheme will provide over 110,000sqft of new production line manufacturing space, warehousing and commercial office space as well as external works, site upgrades and services over two phases
