The Guild Tower is an iconic 1970's building in Preston City Centre and at 15 storeys is one of Lancashires tallest buildings. 

70,560sq ft of vacant office accommodation spread over 13 floors will be converted to 115 new luxury PRS apartments, with lower floors featuring a state of the art co-working space and gym. 
To the lower floors is a leisure facility which is currently trading as ‘Level’ with bowling alley, arcade, restaurant and sports bar. Communal space will include a running track, exercise equipment, landscaping and socialising areas.

The Guild Tower is also connected to the iconic Grade Listed Preston bus station car park by a covered bridge which will serve the development.
