We worked on this beautiful Grade II listed property which sits in the Legh Road Conservation Area of Knutsford. The project created an exceptionally refurbished modern home yet with extremely detailed period interiors, capturing the spirit of the early 20th century Italianate design for our eccentric Clients

The property was originally designed by famed architect Richard Harding-Watt alongside eleven other Italianate villas on the tree-lined boulevard. The build included excavation, underpinning and damp-proofing of a large basement, remodelling of interior layouts and extensions, with complex heritage features retained throughout

This scheme had its challenges and 44 Consult's experience was utilised to deliver solid cost and contract administration, development advice and trouble-shooting
