44 Consult are proud to have developed this site in conjunction with Jigsaw Homes.

With over a decade of experience in the affordable housing sector 44 Consult are best placed to procure sites with Jigsaw's requirements in mind. We sourced this site and managed a set of activities to de-risk the purchase of the property, allowing Jigsaw Homes to complete in March 2019. 

As part of our Development Management services, 44 Consult pulled together a great team and submitted a new Planning Application on behalf of the Client to maximise the value of the site whilst meeting all of Jigsaw's market rent requirements, standards and aspirations. 

We provided full estimating and procurement services and managed the project as Cost Consultant and Employer's Agent, successfully delivering a full turn-key package of 16 new affordable units at the end of 2022. 

The project features a mixture of family homes and cottage style apartments with amenity space in one of Wigan's most sought-after areas.
