Pinewood is a stunning Grade II-listed Georgian marine villa situated overlooking the famous Lytham Green Windmill and Ribble Estuary.  The property was constructed in 1838, pre-dating Lytham's popularity and was the very first villa situated on the iconic beach frontage.

The project completely refurbished this unique house back to its former Georgian splendour, whilst upgrading the living areas and extending the property into a modern 'super-room' at the rear.
