The scheme provided a complete external refurbishment of three 15-storey tower blocks in South Manchester.

Working on behalf of a larger QS practice, 44 Consult were commissioned to provide Quantity Surveying and Contract Administration services to manage the full external wall insulation works, windows and roof replacements and external works improvements. The blocks were fully occupied throughout the works. 

This cladding scheme was undertaken during the Grenfell tragedy event. We worked closely with designers and contractors to ensure correct specifications, workmanship, procedures and standards were met
